① Gene-Based Methylation Plan
Upload your raw genetic data, and I’ll analyze it based on the same SNPs included in my in-house Comprehensive Methylation Panel + COMT kit. I’ll build a supplement strategy to support methylation balance, neurotransmitter health, and detox capacity — including:
✔️ Targeted dosages and nutrient forms based on your SNPs
✔️ Multi-phase protocol
✔️ Specific brand suggestions (non-affiliated)
✔️ Typical turnaround: 3–4 business days
This option is ideal if you already have 23andMe or other raw genetic data, and you want a focused plan built around the methylation-related genes I test for in-house.
② Full Data Integration Plan
Want to go deeper? This option allows you to submit any combination of data — genetics, recent labwork, biomarkers, background history, symptoms, and anything else you want considered. I’ll integrate it all into a comprehensive supplement plan grounded in biochemistry and tailored to your body’s real-world behavior.

For methylation plans: my methodology is designed to correct your methylation as stably as possible: Expect to improve your methylation while minimizing the quite rampant risk of “over-methylation” that I see so commonly.
For each supplement, I provide you with the exact dosages and forms that I recommend based on your genetics.
I’ll also give you recommended brands from which to buy most of the supplements I list on your plan (completely non-affiliated).
The supplement plan generally will have 2-3 tiers, depending on your genetics, that you need to start in the order that I’ve listed.
After making your purchase, monitor your inbox for an email that will contain a link wherein you can upload your genetic information in a secure, HIPAA-compliant manner.
Note that for methylation-only plans, I will only be considering specific SNPs correlating with those genes that I test for my Comprehensive Methylation Panel + COMT kit (listed here). If the genetics that you upload do not contain some of those SNPs, they will be disregarded in the development of the supplement plan.
