MTHFRSolve is my brainchild.
I’m an IFM-trained Functional Medicine physician* with experience solving a wide variety of disorders still seen as mysterious by the modern medical paradigm.
I love solving those mysterious problems.*
But doing so—I’ve found—requires two things that are, unfortunately, much too rare in our times: Authenticity and Depth. MTHFRSolve is my way of bringing those back.
*Licensed states receive full medical care. Elsewhere, I offer non-medical wellness support based on your genetics, labs, and biology.

Because some services are licensed medical care — and others are educational only — I’ll guide you based on where you live.

Your path will be exactly the same in terms of quality and customization — the only difference is whether we’re legally allowed to call it “medical care” and order labs and testing.

Your next step depends on what you’ve already done.

You don’t need test results to get started — I’ll help you build from the ground up.
OPTION A:
You want a personalized plan but don’t have any data yet.
Start by ordering a Genetic Testing Kit — easy cheek swab, no blood draw, shipped to your door:

You want to speak to Dr. Malek before doing anything.
Book a consultation to talk through your situation — even if you don’t have labs or genetics yet.

If you already have results, here’s how I typically guide clients forward:
OPTION A:
You already have genetic data (from a service like 23andMe or Ancestry)
Great — you’re eligible for a Genetics-Based Supplement Plan. I’ll interpret your SNPs using the same framework I apply in licensed care, and send you a phased, personalized plan with dosages and brand suggestions.
Option B:
You have genetic results or lab work or any other data.
You’re eligible for the Full Supplement Plan, which integrates your genetics with additional biomarkers or background info. This is the most personalized plan I offer without a live consult.
OPTION C:
You want deep strategy and direct support (with or without existing data)
If you want to go beyond a written plan and work in-depth with Dr. Malek personally, book a consultation. You can upload any data you have — or start without any at all.

No. If you already have genetic data (from a test like 23andMe), you can upload it for analysis. If you don’t have any data yet and live in Florida, Texas, Arizona, or Minnesota, you can order one of our in-house test kits. If you're outside those states, you're still eligible for supplement plans or consultations based on data you already have — or based on your symptoms and goals, without any data at all.

If you ordered a supplement plan:
You'll receive a secure upload form to submit your existing genetic data (and labs, if applicable). Once uploaded, Dr. Malek personally reviews your case and creates a phased plan tailored to your biology.If you ordered a test kit:
You'll receive the kit within a few days. After your results are processed, Dr. Malek will build your supplement plan automatically — no upload or intake form required — and sent it to your email. -
Only if you live in Florida, Texas, Arizona, or Minnesota. In those states, services may be delivered under Dr. Malek’s medical license. If you live elsewhere, your consultation or supplement plan will be provided for educational and wellness purposes only. Either way, you’ll receive in-depth, personalized guidance — always based on real data and careful analysis.

Yes — we include detailed notes and instructions with every plan. However, if you need even more clarity or want to go deeper, you can always book a consultation afterward. Video consultations are not included, unless you get the Ultimate Methylation Package. For in-state clients, follow-up may fall under medical care depending on your situation.

These plans are for individuals who want a highly personalized supplement strategy based on their unique genetics and (optionally) labs and personal history. If you’ve felt unaddressed by one-size-fits-all protocols or experienced negative reactions to supplements in the past, this approach offers you a more targeted alternative.

Plan 1: Gene-Based Methylation Plan
Focuses on specific SNPs that Dr. Malek uses in his in-house methylation and COMT panel. You’ll upload your raw genetic file (e.g. from 23andMe), and the plan will be based on those high-impact gene markers.Plan 2: Full Data Integration Plan
Includes everything in Plan 1 — plus the option to submit recent labwork, background history, symptoms, and anything else you feel is relevant. The plan you receive reflects a deeper level of integration across your biology, not just your DNA. -
You can upload your raw genetic data from services like 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or any other platform that allows access to your raw SNP data. We’ll provide a secure, HIPAA-compliant upload form after purchase.
If for whatever reason we determine that your results simply are not sufficient for analysis, we will reach out to you with the option to either refund your payment or obtain further detail.

No. You can provide lab results if you choose the Full Data Integration version of the supplement plan or a Video Consultation and want them factored into your strategy. Otherwise, no lab results required.

You’ll typically receive your plan within 3–5 business days after uploading your data and completing the intake form. Full Data integration options may require up to 10 days, depending on case complexity.

For kits and supplement plans (unless otherwise noted), you’ll receive:
A phased supplement plan based on your data
Exact nutrient forms and dosages
Suggested timing and sequencing (e.g. Tier 1 → Tier 2)
Non-affiliated brand recommendations
Insights about your key SNPs and how they relate to your plan

These plans are designed to support your biology — not to diagnose or treat any disease. While many people experience improvements in energy, focus, mood, sleep, and many other symptoms, results vary and depend on multiple factors. What we offer is clarity, direction, and a highly strategic place to start.

Yes. You always have the option to book a consultation with Dr. Malek (medical or educational, depending on your location) to work on your health—with or without genetic data. These can be in the form of a follow-up to adjust your plan based on how you’re responding or if you want to go deeper. Consultations are not included with our supplement plans and kits, other than the Ultimate Methylation Package.
