Roadmaps to Health
~ Finding Health in Century 21 ~
What started out as the Slow COMT Roadmap is growing into a much broader platform:
Roadmaps to Health
You know—you just know—intuitively, that health is not something that comes automatically in our day and age. The modern age is a time of distancing between Humans and Human Nature. We’re living lives so far separated from the way that we are naturally made to live—physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually. Toxicity (capital T) is everywhere, like a dark cloud that threatens to swallow everything in its chasmic jaws, obscuring that thing that we so dearly covet, that we so desperately need:
Health.
How do we find our way there?
Roadmaps to Health is my attempt to provide us with a “map,” so to speak—or, rather, “maps” in the plural. Human health is, in a sense, a composite matter, at least on the surface. My goal is to give you step-by-step instructions manuals, so to speak, teaching you to “fix” those different components that make up that thing that is your health.
More accurately, I’m not really teaching you to fix anything, but to discover what you already have.
Modern medicine, in its indelible hubris, insists that it needs to “fix” us by providing us with things that are entirely unnatural to us—invented chemicals, complicated interventions, and so on.
But your body (or your being, rather) is not really something that needs to be fixed. It is something that needs to be rediscovered.
Health is something that you’ve had all along. Or that you used to have.
The goal is to find your way back.

Important technical info:
This is not a blog archive or a collection of supplement lists.
Roadmaps to Health is a structured system for working through complex, overlapping biochemical patterns, especially when symptoms haven’t responded to standard protocols.
Each roadmap is designed to solve a specific physiologic bottleneck: impaired catecholamine clearance (slow COMT), dysfunctional estrogen metabolism, unresolved histamine excess, ammonia overload, and so on (more coming). These ARE NOT symptom checklists or quick-start guides. They are clinical-grade protocols (provided purely educationally) laid out in the proper sequence, with biochemical rationale and adjustment points built in.
Every roadmap is:
Time-sequenced so you know what to do on Day 0, Day 30, Day 60, etc.
Biochemically grounded, based on known pathways like methylation, transsulfuration, and hydroxylation
Modified for real-world physiology including nutrient reactivity, lab test interpretation, and common SNP variants
Integrated, with branching points that guide you to other roadmaps when additional systems are involved
