Welcome.

This membership, like my base-tier Precision Monitoring membership, offers you direct access to me for messaging, lab reviews, supplement/lifestyle adjustments, symptom tracking, and so on. The difference for you, as an Elite member, is that I will prioritize your care: I’ll do my absolute best to respond to everything within 72 hours (often sooner), I’ll put extra time behind the scenes into analyzing your data and health patterns, and I’ll give you up to three 60-minute virtual consultations per year, as needed.

Ultimately, I’ll do my best to be extra flexible for you and prioritize you wherever possible and reasonable.

Note (in case it isn’t obvious): I am human, and life occasionally gets in the way. I take weekends and holidays off (I simply have to) and may occasionally miss an email. I appreciate your patience and understanding and will do my best for you. I care about my clients.

Note, as I simply don’t have the time and capacity, this membership does not include:

  • In‑person visits, home visits, or travel accompaniment.

  • Emergency, urgent, or life‑threatening care.

  • Continuous on‑call or 24/7 coverage.

  • Vendor coordination or case management on your behalf.

  • Preparation of legal, insurance, or disability documentation.

  • Extended dossiers, multi‑day executive assessments, or full medical record compilation.

  • Family member access unless explicitly added.

Scope of Services for Out-of-State & International Clients:

If you reside outside of Florida, Texas, Arizona, or Minnesota, services are provided in an educational and wellness consulting capacity only. That means:

  • No diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical treatment

  • Wellness guidance based on genetics, labs, supplements, and lifestyle optimization

  • Education on underlying physiological patterns and actionable support strategies

You are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician in your region for any formal medical diagnosis or treatment.

Emergency & Urgent Care Policy
